Hi, I’m Rae — a designer and marketing creative with over a decade of experience helping small businesses get seen.
I’m also a gardener, a mom of two, and I live tucked away in the mountains — so I deeply believe in slow, sustainable ways of showing up.
This shop is my way of helping more folks build beautiful websites without the burnout.
When I used to build custom websites for therapy-based businesses, one thing always came up:
“I just need something that works — but I don’t want to sound salesy.”
And that makes sense. You’re a clinician, not a marketer.
But the truth is — your website can convert visitors into clients without being pushy. It just needs a few essentials that speak clearly and professionally to the people you want to help.
Here’s what I always recommend:
1. A Clear “What We Do” Statement
Avoid jargon. Use one short sentence right at the top of your site that says:
“We help [who] with [what] through [how].”
Example: “We support children with autism in building social and life skills through ABA therapy.”
This makes it instantly clear that someone’s in the right place.
2. Services That Are Easy to Find
Your services shouldn’t be buried under menus or stretched across five pages.
A simple bullet list or section with 2–3 core offerings is enough. If you include pricing, make it clear and optional — some clinics do, some don’t.
3. A Contact Option That’s Actually Easy
You’d be surprised how many websites forget to add a direct email, phone number, or functional form.
Make sure your contact info is visible on the homepage and has its own page. Bonus: a mini FAQ can reduce back-and-forth emails.
4. A Clean, Calm Design
You don’t need flash. You need clarity.
Use soft colors, generous spacing, and just enough imagery to feel warm without overwhelming.
Think: safe, grounded, professional.
If this list feels like a lot to build from scratch — you’re not alone.
That’s exactly why I created ready-to-use ABA website templates.
It includes all of the above — already designed and structured for ABA clinics.
All you have to do is plug in your content and click publish.
Let your work shine — without the tech stress.
